What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide crucial information and support to individuals, families, and brokers regarding Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans
- Assist with eligibility and enrollment processes through the State's Exchange
- Navigate and utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and CRM software
- Deliver top-notch customer service to Maryland consumers
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have your own computer (BYOD - Bring Your Own Device)
- Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to navigate and utilize various online systems effectively
- Availability for flexible shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare-related fields
- Bilingual skills in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
- Familiarity with Medicaid and health insurance enrollment processes
- Experience using CRM software and online eligibility portals
