      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans
      - Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to assist Maryland consumers
      - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on problem-solving
      - Maintain effective communication with clients in English or Spanish
      - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through dedicated service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have your own computer (BYOD - Bring Your Own Device)
      - Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
      - Ability to navigate and utilize various online systems effectively
      - Availability for flexible shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
      - Familiarity with healthcare services and enrollment processes
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Bilingual skills in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
