      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans
      - Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver high-quality service
      - Assist consumers in navigating healthcare services and options available to them
      - Maintain effective communication and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries
      - Work flexible hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST to meet customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have your own computer (BYOD - Bring Your Own Device)
      - Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
      - Ability to navigate and utilize various online systems effectively
      - Availability to work flexible hours as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare or related fields
      - Familiarity with Medicaid or Qualified Health Plans
      - Bilingual skills beyond English and Spanish
      - Proven track record of successfully resolving customer issues
      - Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual environment
