What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic clinical assessments using approved medical protocols and recommend appropriate levels of care
- Process medication refill requests for over 140 APC providers
- Manage high-volume workflows while meeting quality and KPI standards
- Respond to standard requests and solve routine problems using established procedures
- Collaborate with team members for guidance and direction on clinical matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current unrestricted LPN licensure in New York State
- Experience in navigating patient charts in EMR to understand treatment plans
- Solid knowledge of primary care medications and prescribing protocols
- Ability to perform routine structured work efficiently
- Proven capability to respond to standard requests and use existing procedures to solve problems
