      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and supervise Digital Service Representatives to achieve customer service goals
      - Train and mentor staff to enhance customer education on banking products and services
      - Manage customer transactions and resolve complex service issues
      - Analyze staffing needs and create reports to support service levels and production goals
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, ideally in Business Management or related fields
      - Minimum of 3 years of management experience in banking, lending, or call center roles
      - In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance and bank policies
      - Strong management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, with strong preference for experience with banking systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Fiserv DNA, NCR Digital Banking, and loan origination systems
      - Experience in customer service roles within a banking environment
