What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, manage, and develop team through interactions and motivation
- Manage attendance and absenteeism effectively
- Evaluate daily key performance indicators and identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate with Account Manager on operational issues
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and distribute to Management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of call center experience
- Minimum 2-3 years managing operations in a call center environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field
- Experience in a leadership role in a large call center setting
- Strong technical, project management, and process improvement skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with forecasting/scheduling and related software packages
- Strategic thinker and tactical implementer
- Ability to influence and motivate others
