What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for participants by answering and directing incoming calls
- Provide accurate information and exceptional customer service to callers
- Manage a high volume of calls while ensuring quality interactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mailing forms as needed
- Utilize call center software and CRM tools for logging and tracking calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center, receptionist, or customer service role is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
