      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Successfully complete the TI University training program and demonstrate proficiency in applicable skills
      - Handle client contacts and follow-up tasks with limited support after training
      - Develop travel plans and solutions based on client goals and itineraries
      - Resolve client issues effectively and maintain a productive approach to interactions
      - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Previous client service experience; contact center environment preferred
      - Solid digital literacy with common business tools including internet, chat, and email
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss complex topics clearly with clients
      - Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
