      - Educate clients on travel planning principles and resolve issues efficiently
      - Maintain high performance standards related to client satisfaction and contact center metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Previous client service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
      - Solid digital literacy with common business tools including internet, chat, and email
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss complex topics clearly
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for client service
