What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming calls efficiently, providing high-quality customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as necessary
- Handle patient inquiries with courtesy and patience
- Collect and verify insurance information and update patient demographics
- Perform various administrative tasks, including handling online appointment requests and email inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the following states: PA, MD, VA, DC, DE, FL, GA
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with accuracy in data entry and computerized scheduling systems (EMR/EHR)
- Ability to handle multiple inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a pleasant speaking voice and professional mannerisms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience in a health/patient care environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
