What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet families through positive interactions
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work environment

- Adhere to productivity, quality, and performance standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to learn custom software and programs quickly
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
- Must be punctual and present for work, on time, every day for the entire duration of their shift

- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or working with minimal peer interactions
