What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound requests and outbound calls from potential customers interested in the employer's products and services

- Input contact information and project details into Salesforce
- Route unserviceable leads to partnering businesses for further assistance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent time management and communication skills; bilingual preferred
- Experience in call centers, customer service, sales, or marketing in a customer-facing role
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing standards and situations
- Required to be in the Pacific Time Zone with availability for evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar tools is helpful

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with systems like Zendesk, Webflow, Typeform, Klaviyo, or Calendly
- Strong self-motivation and work ethic
