What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place and receive calls to/from patients to collect payments for medical expenses
- Document demographic, insurance, and other relevant information using internal technology platforms
- Engage in active listening to confirm or clarify information and address patient concerns
- Educate patients on the healthcare revenue cycle and repayment options
- Adhere to industry laws and regulations while following departmental processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Experience contributing to a team culture of learning and growth
- Basic understanding of contact center processes preferred
- Familiarity with collections, healthcare revenue cycle, and medical insurance terminology preferred
