      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; college degree preferred.
      - Minimum 2-3 years of customer support experience, with at least 1 year in an inbound contact center.
      - Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales-oriented role, preferably in a call center or telesales environment.
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients.
      - Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Typing speed of 50-70 words per minute.
      - Demonstrated success in previous roles measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
      - Experience multitasking across multiple systems and applications.
      - Ability to display a caring attitude and empathy towards patients.
      - Receptive to coaching and focused on personal development.
