What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to high volume inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns with compassion
- Schedule new patient appointments
- Utilize trained sales techniques to achieve company goals of appointments set and customer satisfaction
- Perform various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Access to high-speed internet with Cable/Fiber connection (no WiFi/cellular/hotspot), with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Ability to manage high call volume
- Desire to exceed customer service expectations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
