What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound calls from providers regarding Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) and Provider Enrollment inquiries
- Document each call by creating a Call Tracking Number (CTN) as a record
- Escalate concerns and issues to management as needed
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, business unit policies, and relevant legal regulations
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain professional phone etiquette

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 1-2 years of experience in a Contact Center or Call Center environment
- Experience with call center software such as CxOne or Avaya is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and web browsers (Edge/Chrome)
- Candidates must reside in Arkansas to be eligible for this remote position
