**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Answer the Central Intake hotline with compassion, providing an average of four services to each caller
- Assess participant needs and provide supportive advocacy for clients
- Conduct the pre-intake process for guests entering programs
- Maintain accurate records of client demographic information for service improvement
- Collaborate with the Mission Relationship Manager to offer comprehensive referral services

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment (inbound and outbound calls)
- Experience working with a complex or multi-line phone system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Acknowledge and sign the employer's Statement of Faith

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience with a client tracking system like Clarity or similar CRM
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Knowledge of homeless services is a plus
- Experience with a service provider is preferred
