What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the employer
- Answer and direct phone calls, and organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists and produce correspondence including memos and reports
- Develop and maintain filing systems, and manage office supplies inventory
- Handle sensitive information and take accurate minutes of meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- At least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual in Spanish and English)
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
