      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service and assistance to residents by addressing their needs and concerns efficiently
      - Manage maintenance requests and communicate issues to the National Call Center Manager
      - Maintain service levels by answering calls within 30 seconds or less
      - Assist with emergency maintenance situations and contact appropriate response organizations as necessary
      - Perform various administrative tasks including data entry and communication via email

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum 6 - 12 months of customer service experience
      - Flexible schedule to include weekends and/or evenings
      - Call Center and data experience required
      - Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with property management and maintenance service categories
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing skills of at least 35 wpm
      - Experience with VoIP phone systems
      - Strong customer-focused attitude and understanding of resident needs
