What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gain a strong working knowledge of all employer offerings and locations to enhance guest experiences
- Book and modify guest lodging and activity reservations accurately
- Handle incoming and outbound calls and chats courteously and efficiently
- Develop rapport with guests to anticipate their needs and maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments within the employer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for great guest service and sharing the employer's offerings
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional phone and online chat manners
- Timeliness in being clocked in, logged in, and phone ready at the starting time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a call center
- Previous professional or personal experience in outdoor recreation, tourism, or hospitality
- Knowledge of the employer's products and locations in NC, TN, SC, and GA
