- Identify and route repeat customers and non-sales activities to internal teams as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of B2C sales call experience
- Proven inside sales or appointment scheduling history with a high conversion rate
- Effective communication skills (email and phone)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend hours
