      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide immediate call center phone coverage handling inbound calls
      - Conduct pre-admission screenings for potential admissions
      - Maintain the highest level of customer service possible while responding to callers
      - Coordinate insurance verifications of referrals and confirm level of care recommendations
      - Comply with regulations of confidentiality and ethics with all caller and client information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a human service-related field or certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist, or a High School Diploma with relevant experience
      - One (1) year experience in a clinical or human service field for Associate's Degree/CRS; three (3) years experience for High School Diploma
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Must be computer proficient, including email, Excel, Word, and phone systems
      - Ability to engage effectively and thoughtfully with each caller while exhibiting patience and kindness

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Call center experience is desirable but not required
      - Knowledge of the bio-psycho-social characteristics and manifestations of Substance Use Disorder and/or mental illness
