      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of incoming calls while generating sales leads
      - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through effective communication
      - Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
      - Handle customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and following up to ensure resolution
      - Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service abilities with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
      - Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
      - Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
      - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, with Spanish language skills being advantageous
      - Strong analytical and data entry skills
      - Proficient in English
      - High school diploma or GED required
