What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer multi-line incoming customer calls
- Complete online registration and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility for outpatient services
- Input information into Epic system
- Relay medical messages to patient/clinic staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three (3) years of related call center and front desk experience in a large complex healthcare setting
- Previous experience in a call center and/or customer service environment
- Epic Cadence scheduling experience or similar function
- Knowledge of third-party payors including federal, state, and private health plans
- Excellent customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recent experience in Radiology Scheduling and/or Scheduling for Multi-Specialty Clinic
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Medical Assistant experience
- Data entry experience
