      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming phone calls from clients, members, subscribers, or the public
      - Respond to questions directly within the scope of the position and route calls as necessary
      - Counsel clients or callers with urgent concerns and provide necessary paperwork and instructions
      - Educate callers about available services, products, or benefits
      - Oversee service schedules and ensure public information is current

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 1-2 years of call center experience
      - Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 45-55 wpm
      - Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including proper grammar and tone
      - Ability to deliver quality customer service in a high-volume environment

      - Experience in advising and counseling clients efficiently
      - Strong multitasking abilities, including reading, typing, and navigating applications while speaking with customers
