What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the daily performance of the Cash Applications team and drive team engagement
- Provide coaching and development to ensure high standards of execution are maintained
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes related to payment and refund handling
- Analyze departmental reporting to enhance performance efficiencies and productivity improvements
- Review quality assurance reports and provide coaching to ensure adherence to defined processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a contact center environment
- Experience handling payments using Excel, Microstrategy dashboards, and similar CRMs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to coach, train, and motivate employees while evaluating their performance
- Proficient in maintaining composure in high-pressure scenarios and adept at managing tense situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial technology or online financial services
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in financial services
- Background in process improvement methodologies
