      - Manage outbound calls to violators regarding payments and disputes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree preferred in business management or related field
      - Minimum one year of experience working in a call center
      - One to two years of experience in quality monitoring within a call center environment
      - Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
      - Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications
