      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound calls and virtual teller sessions to assist members
      - Resolve inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and educate members on products/services
      - Commit to achieving individual, team, and organizational goals
      - Maintain current knowledge of compliance rules and regulations
      - Complete all required training in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution; some college preferred
      - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, banking, and/or call center environments
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Explorer; 10-key skills
      - Must demonstrate functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and other federal laws
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a financial services or credit union environment
      - Previous experience with virtual banking technology
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards member service
      - Ability to effectively present information in group situations
