What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required with some post-secondary education preferred
- One to two years of supervisory experience in a call center environment
- Three years of experience delivering training for voice and sales chat programs
- Proven leadership, teaching, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
