      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional nursing care for patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and practices
      - Serve as a nurse leader, assisting management with hiring, motivating, and engaging clinical staff
      - Collaborate with office leadership to develop and review clinical workflows and protocols
      - Train and orient new Call Center Triage Nurses, acting as a Preceptor when delegated
      - Develop and lead performance improvement projects specific to the patient population

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan
      - Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care or specialty
      - Strong educational background, with a BSN strongly preferred or graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
      - Advanced certification/training relevant to specialty preferred (e.g., AAACN, IBCLC)
      - Valid CPR certification

      - Experience in a call center or triage nursing environment
      - Advanced certifications in specialty areas such as lactation consulting or diabetes education
      - Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations
