      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately triage and assess medical needs of callers to recommend appropriate levels of care
      - Collaborate with primary care physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient care
      - Schedule patient appointments and submit medication refill requests
      - Communicate with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations
      - Document patient encounters thoroughly in electronic health records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one to two years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including patient assessment
      - Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing license
      - Proficiency in computer applications and internet navigation
      - Strong telephone communication skills, including empathy and active listening
      - Ability to make critical independent decisions and prioritize effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AAS/BS in Nursing is preferred
      - Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with demonstrated telephone triage experience
      - Current BCLS certification
      - Current Infection Control Certificate
