What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Triage inbound calls, responding to emergent and non-emergent patient inquiries
- Refer patients to appropriate physicians or field nurses, as needed
- Educate patients and family members on care
- Document detailed records of calls in a user-friendly, state-of-the-art EMR system

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Active Multi State RN license and BLS certification
- At least 2 years of recent clinical experience
- Experience in entering clinical notes in an EMR system
- Sincere determination to make a positive impact serving patients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in telephone triage and/or hospice nursing
