      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the multi-state Member Contact Center, including remote and on-site employees
      - Develop and execute plans for the Call Center and E-Delivery units
      - Optimize performance of the Call Center and E-Delivery units by leveraging technology and data
      - Drive culture and change processes to evolve business segments within the marketplace
      - Lead with an expectation of teamwork and collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8 years of sales and service management experience, with at least 6 years in a Contact Center Environment
      - Understanding of the competition in the digital space, including fintech's, banks, and credit unions
      - Strong management and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
      - Ability to plan, coordinate, manage, and guide multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
      - Experience working at a financial institution
      - Experience working for an organization with a regional model
      - Knowledge of CRM tracking and data analytics for strategic decision making
      - Presentation skills and ability to drive marketing and sales initiatives
