- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from initial brief, candidate contact, interview cycle and offer while working seamlessly with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts for our campus team in the Chennai.
- Provide recruitment counsel and mentorship to hiring managers, key leadership with hiring and employment data.
- Manage on engagement and/or campus activities, event planning and execution, positioning DTCC as the employer of choice.
- Actively participate in internship and EDGE program planning, execution and continuous improvement
- Plan and implement intern events including community service, networking and lunch and learns.
- Seek out opportunities to build relationships with non-core schools and key diversity organizations.
- Track and report on campus recruiting results to identify areas for process and performance improvements.
- Establish and maintain a central calendar of campus recruitment timelines, events and projects.
- Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses.
- Additional Human Resource projects as assigned.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 4 years of campus recruiting experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and event management systems (i.e.: ORC, Handshake)
- Knowledge of financial services a plus
- Experience on navigating strategies on job boards specific to finding emerging talent in Chennai.
- Must be familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO
