Clinical Nurse Specialist - Cancer Care Cheltenham Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Part time £32.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. As well as post-registration experience, you have experience in Oncology and a SACT (systemic anti-cancer therapies) qualification or you're working towards this. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will:

Be a valued addition to the team in our consultant and nurse-led service

Work autonomously, managing a caseload.

Fully assess each patient's needs, providing tailored treatment plans and care

Assist consultants during clinics

Liaise with external care providers and local NHS Trusts.

Be able to demonstrate advanced communication skills.

Have knowledge and experience of holistic needs assessments and post surgery wound care
