      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations within the seafood processing plant and manage production lines
      - Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, including safety and food safety protocols
      - Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs
      - Direct the activities of cannery staff to achieve productivity and cost-effectiveness goals
      - Identify training needs and provide opportunities for employee development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in seafood or food manufacturing management with progressive responsibility
      - 3-5 years of leadership experience in the seafood industry
      - Experience in salmon and herring production is required
      - Must possess tools necessary to complete job tasks
      - Preferred degree in Management, Engineering, or a Technical field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree preferred
      - Prior production and food safety training and certifications
      - Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
