What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build capacity planning and forecast models from the ground up
- Innovate on existing workforce planning concepts and create new models for fast-paced operations
- Improve forecast accuracy and analyze risks associated with business driver changes

- Collaborate with various teams to align on contact center costs and drive cost savings initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Operations, Finance, Business Administration, or a quantitative field
- 3-5 years of forecasting and capacity planning experience in a multi-channel contact center environment
- Proficiency in workforce management applications and administrative functions in ACD, CRM platforms
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data visualization
- Strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using workforce management applications, preferably Aspect
- Familiarity with interaction platforms such as Genesys or Salesforce
- Proven ability to collaborate with outsourced vendors to enhance operational performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
- High accuracy of work and strong communication skills
