What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project implementation for strategic enhancements across Rates, FX Desks, and Trade Support
- Lead new projects from inception through production go-live, including documentation and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams while managing risks and impediments
- Gather and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding delivery, risks, and schedules
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to ensure timely deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in capital markets as a Project Manager with a focus on Front, Middle, and Back Office implementations
- Extensive experience with bilateral and cleared Rates and FX products
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and demonstrate successful project launches
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OTC market operations and industry best practices
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle processes and risk management concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Confluence
