What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and support the execution of target capital structures for the company and its subsidiaries
- Assist in executing financing strategies for debt and equity transactions
- Validate data and calculate company debt and capital structure metrics
- Develop board and management presentations related to capital structure and ratings
- Manage relationships with credit rating agencies and support preparation for meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline required; MBA, CPA, and/or CFA strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience related to capital structure and rating agencies
- Professional expertise in capital markets transactions and capital structure modeling
- Ability to manage relationships effectively across the organization
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury functions
