What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the management of capital structure and rating agency activities
- Validate data and calculate debt and capital structure metrics
- Assist with the development of board and management presentations
- Manage relationships with credit rating agencies and prepare for rating agency meetings
- Research and analyze peer financials and industry market data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline required; MBA, CPA, and/or CFA strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience related to capital structure and rating agencies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Professional experience in capital markets transactions and capital structure modeling
- Ability to manage relationships across various organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, and/or treasury functions
- Professional depth in capital structure modeling, including balance sheets and statements of cash flows
