What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multifunctional project teams and manage mid-sized to large capital projects
- Develop and manage project scope documents, cost estimates, and schedules
- Coordinate construction activities and oversee startup and commissioning processes
- Compile project capital request documentation and maintain project schedules
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain a safe working environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of capex project management/engineering experience
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and controls design and construction projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with industry standard project management techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with SAP MM and PS modules is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing contractor work packages and managing contracts
- Solid working knowledge of process operations
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA standards, Regulatory Compliance, and Building Code Requirements
- Experience leading a multi-functional project team
- Ability to conduct plant walkdowns and interact with plant personnel
