What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multifunctional project teams including plant and maintenance personnel, product line teams, and contractors
- Develop and manage mid-sized to large capital projects from conceptual studies to execution
- Create detailed project studies including comprehensive scope documents, justifications, and schedules
- Coordinate all aspects of approved capital projects including design, procurement, and contractor management
- Maintain project schedules and costs while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of capital project management/engineering experience
- Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and controls design and construction projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management techniques
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with SAP MM and PS modules is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading multi-functional project teams
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA standards, regulatory compliance, and building code requirements
- Solid understanding of process operations
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC Card
