What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Capture/Proposal team to support proposal development activities
- Manage and monitor progress on assigned proposal activities to meet schedules and deadlines
- Analyze solicitation requirements to ensure the content is comprehensive and compliant
- Develop technical concepts in various formats, including graphics and written content
- Conduct interviews with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate information into technical content

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or 14 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in federal/defense proposal and capture development
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to understand federal/defense solicitation documentation
- Excellent written, oral communication, proofreading, editing, and document formatting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
