What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support field sales in the cardiac operating room and related departments
- Train surgical and operating room staff on the use of company devices through didactic and hands-on approaches
- Provide guidance and support to physicians during live surgical procedures involving company technology
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and professional education teams for strategy planning
- Conduct in-person meetings with surgeons and support staff to discuss technology, training programs, and clinical trials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in an Operating Room, Electrophysiology Lab, or Catheterization lab preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
- Willingness to travel 20-30%, depending on territory
- Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical or industry setting within the Electrophysiology or cardiac space
- Familiarity with medical device training and support in surgical environments
