What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist cardiologists and nurse practitioners with patient care and medical procedures
- Perform cardiology-related testing, such as EKGs, Holter/Event Monitor placements, and Stress Test Assessments
- Conduct virtual pre-visit assessments and triage patient needs during telehealth appointments
- Manage lab orders, patient follow-ups, and documentation to ensure seamless care
- Provide effective communication and front-office support in both virtual and in-office settings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Medical Assistant certification and familiarity with cardiology-related testing
- Previous front-office medical assisting experience
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to grow in telehealth
