The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care to the elderly.

We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you, and let us work our magic (within reason).

We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day, including weekend's - so if you are retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends, or keen to give something back, then give us a call.

We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.

You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.

Job Description

We provide the whole range of care services to our clients and this includes personal car, light housework duties and of course companionship to all our clients.

Financial Rewards:

+ Basic hourly rate £12.00 per hour (averaging with benefits £14.00 per hour)

+ Higher rates for evening and weekend working.

+ £0.30/per mile to £0.45/per mile travel expenses.

+ Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply).

+ All time spent training paid at standard rate.

+ Holiday pay and Pension Contributions paid.

+ Plus other benefits.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

* Valid UK driving licence and car essential - lots of travel involved.

* Reside in our franchise operation area - essential.

* Available to work agreed hours on alternate weekend's - essential.

* Right to Work in the UK - essential.

Additional Information

We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
