      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess child and family needs using structured measures and determine areas of support
      - Link families to appropriate resources to meet their needs
      - Participate in meetings with IBHS teams, schools, families, and other relevant entities
      - Support intake and referrals, obtaining necessary consents and releases
      - Attend community and school events as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health discipline or related human services field, or at least one year of experience in the behavioral or mental health field
      - Experience working with children with mental health or emotional disorders
      - Valid Driver’s License, safe driving record, and proof of insurance coverage
      - Experience navigating multi-system services and knowledge of community resources
      - Demonstrated respect for children, adolescents, adults, and their families

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with cultural competence and the principles of recovery and resiliency
      - Previous experience in outreach and community engagement activities
