      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide care coordination and support services to assigned youth, documenting appropriately
      - Assess the needs and strengths of assigned youth and participate in mobile crisis assessments
      - Complete Crisis Prevention Plans and Crisis Safety Plans with youth and their families
      - Maintain regular contact with an active caseload and meet frequency deadlines
      - Collaborate with the treatment team to develop, review, and update treatment goals and referrals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human service field
      - Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any other field with two years of documented clinical experience in a mental health setting
      - Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and 5 years documented clinical experience in mental health or human services
      - Must possess a valid driver's license
      - Completion of a behavioral health technician or other psychiatric training certification, with one year of documented clinical experience under a QMHP

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certificate of psychiatric rehabilitation from a DHS-approved program
      - Recovery support specialist certification in good standing with the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association, Inc.
      - Family partnership professional certificate in good standing with the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association, Inc.
      - Experience in mobile crisis response team-based events
