What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the clinical care team
- Manage incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Facilitate medical records management and appointment scheduling
- Assist with referrals and follow-up to ensure necessary equipment is ordered and delivered
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to support care coordinators and assist with training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of work experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in using computers and managing data within electronic systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of a Medical Terminology course preferred
- Medical office experience preferred
- Recent experience in a healthcare setting or 3-5 years in a customer-centered, production-driven environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual skills highly valued
