- Texas Registered Nurse (R.N.) license required
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of three (3) years of hospital experience in a progressively responsible position requiring contact with various departments.
- Familiarity with clinic equipment, systems and procedures.
- Capability to manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Good written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, administration, and physicians
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English required
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of State and Federal (CMS) regulations.
- High degree of clinical competency/experience in general.
- Requires good communication and organizational skills.
- Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment.

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Care Link Clinic - Director is responsible for the operational aspects of the clinical function.u00A0 The director will plan, program and use the resources of the practice organization to assure its goals are met.u00A0 The director provides Vice President of Transitional Care Management with information and data necessary to formulate policy and implements general and clinical policy and procedures.u00A0 The director will work under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Transitional Care Management.
